HQ Terms of Use

1. Who we are

HQ is run by Agbisit Acquisitions Ltd, trading as CATNA, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16795399), with its registered office at 4 Savile Drive, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 2EU, United Kingdom. Contact: support@catna.cc.

2. Who may use HQ

HQ is for authorised CATNA staff only. CATNA gives access and can change or remove it at any time. Staff use HQ under their own agreement with CATNA, including its confidentiality terms; these terms add the rules below and do not replace that agreement. If the two conflict, your agreement with CATNA wins.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at support@catna.cc straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done under your account, including by any AI assistant or other tool you connect to HQ.

4. Using HQ properly

You must not:

• use HQ or its data for anything other than your work for CATNA,
• copy, export or share client, prospect or business data outside CATNA, except as your work requires,
• try to reach parts of HQ, or data, that your role does not give you,
• interfere with HQ, overload it, or try to get around its security,
• use HQ for anything unlawful.

5. Connected accounts

YouTube. HQ uses YouTube API Services to publish content to, and measure, the YouTube channel connected to it. By connecting a YouTube account to HQ or using HQ to publish to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and ours in the HQ Privacy Policy.

Instagram. By connecting an Instagram account to HQ, you agree to follow Meta's terms and policies for Instagram, including the Instagram Terms of Use.

Only accounts that CATNA operates may be connected to HQ.

6. Data and privacy

How HQ handles personal data is explained in the HQ Privacy Policy. Data in HQ belongs to CATNA or to the people it is about, and is confidential.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep HQ accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We update these terms when HQ or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

9. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
